Just like well-being as a whole has many dimensions, there are multiple pathways to be physically well. The resources below offer practical approaches and evidence-based recommendations to attend to our physical needs. For added benefit, exercise with others has been shown to be more effective than working out alone, so invite a friend to try these with you.
