The Oregon Attorney Assistance Program will present a new series examining four areas commonly challenging lawyers and their families, and discussing effective ways of caring for oneself while also taking care of others. The series will cover one topic area on each of the dates listed below. Information and resources will be provided on (1) cultivating lawyer well-being, (2) mindful parenting practices, (3) unhealthy behaviors and substance use in the family, and (4) supporting aging parents and family members.
