Beginning in April 1, 2019, the OAAP will offer an eight-week workshop focusing on using mindfulness practices to transform our relationship with stress. All of the practices are practical, user-friendly, and can be easily adapted into day to day living. No meditation or mindfulness experience is required.
The workshop is facilitated by Attorney Counselors Karen Neri and Bryan Welch, and meets on Mondays from 12:00 to 1:15pm.
