The Oregon Attorney Assistance Program invites you to join us for Well-Being Week in Law,
May 3 – 7, 2021. The OAAP is excited to bring you blog posts and resources to enhance your
well-being. Please check out our featured well-being week posts on our Thriving Today blog.
To encourage and support legal community engagement with Well-Being Week, we will hold
a 30-minute chat/check-in around the daily topics each day from 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
These informal conversations will be facilitated by an OAAP attorney counselor. Lawyers, judges,
law students, and legal staff are welcome and encouraged to participate. No sign-up is required –
just click the links below at the scheduled time.
Friday – Emotional Well-Being: Friday’s blog post/chat will wrap up the week with a look at
mental health, your emotional well-being, and what we’ve taken away from Well-Being Week.
