Feel Well: Emotional Well-Being 2023
Friday is a day to focus on emotional well-being. One of the ways we can foster positive emotions is by spending time appreciating or savoring positive experiences. Another exercise is to focus on self-compassion and showing ourselves the same grace we’d extend to a dear friend. Join us for a Zoom chat from 11:30 - 12:15 p.m. to reflect on well-being week and to hear from others about how to center well-being for ourselves and our communities.
