Feel Well: Emotional Well-Being 2023
Friday is a day to focus on emotional well-being. One of the ways we can foster positive emotions is by spending time appreciating or savoring positive experiences. When we do that with other people, we greatly enhance the benefits we get from the practice. Another exercise is to focus on self-compassion and showing ourselves the same grace we’d extend to a dear friend. Join us for a Zoom chat from 11:30 - 12:15 p.m. to reflect on well-being week and to hear from others about how to center well-being for ourselves and our communities.
