Fighting the Winter Blues Workshop, December 10th
Winter often is a time of mixed emotions and competing demands at home and at work. Join Shari Pearlman, Program Director of the Lawyers Assistance Program of British Columbia (LAPBC) and former Assistant Director of the Oregon Attorney Assistance Program, for an engaging Zoom workshop hosted by LAPBC called Fighting The Winter Blues on December 10, 2025, from 12:15 PM to 1:30 PM. Shari will help participants create a tool kit to manage expectations, boundaries, time, and stress. Topics will include tools for relaxation, self-regulation, and productivity both at work and at home, all while enjoying moments of joy, humor, and connection.
