We provide confidential peer support groups for lawyers, judges, and law students, including support groups for:

- practicing law with anxiety or depression
- practicing law with ADD/ADHD
- members of marginalized or underrepresented communities
- recovery from substance use problems

Some groups are ongoing; others are time-limited and offered periodically during the year. See what’s happening below.

Upcoming Groups

Virtual

We offer four confidential recovery meetings every week for Oregon lawyers, judges, and law students.

Our recovery meetings are 12-step-based and have successfully served our Oregon legal community for over 35 years, providing a confidential, safe, friendly, and respectful environment for those seeking healthy and sustainable recovery from alcohol and other drugs. Our meetings are confidential and free.

Meets monthly on the first Monday of each month

This monthly support group is for lawyers experiencing the challenges of practicing law with ADHD. The group focuses on providing peer support and practical skills. There is no fee, but advance registration is required.

Meets bi-weekly in the evenings

This confidential support group is for lawyers who have depression and/or anxiety. The group will focus on effective coping strategies and building resiliencies. The group is free but space is limited.

This online inclusive group is open to all transgender, trans-questioning, nonbinary, gender-nonconforming, and intersex judges, lawyers, law students, and legal professionals.
